Where do you ship?

Worldwide! We also offer US standard shipping for free for orders $28+!

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're local to the Madison, WI area you can select to pickup your order during checkout. 

 

Where do I pickup my order?

When your order is ready I will send you an email giving you options of where you want to pickup. Typically it will be Sycamore Dog Park on Thursdays or Quann Dog Park on Sundays but this can vary each week depending on park closures, weather, and other events.

 

When will I receive my items?

Typically production time takes 3-5 business days (unless stated otherwise), not including weekends or holidays. 

Depending on the shipping you choose, it can take 3-5 business days. If you need your order delivered sooner, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.

  

My package is late.

Unfortunately I have no control over packages once they are shipped out. If your package is late, you can sign up for shipping updates on the tracking page. This seems to trigger something at the post office and your package should be delivered soon after.

If it's still not delivered within the following two business days, you can contact your local post office and give them your tracking number. They might be able to tell you more information about it.

 

My package says "delivered" but I don't have it.

Again, I unfortunately have no control over packages once they are shipped out. If your tracking number says your package was delivered but you don't see it, I recommend waiting one more business day.

Sometimes mailmen will accidentally mark a package as delivered and then deliver it the next day.

If you still don't receive your package you can call your local post office. They will be able to check where your package was delivered to and where it was left.

You can also check with neighbors or others in your household if they have seen the package. Sometimes someone else in the house will grab a package and forget to tell others about.

Refunds will not be given for missing packages as this is out of my control.

 

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

We will accept cancellations in the first 24 hours after you make the purchase. You can send an email to bark@thecrazydogmom.com and request your order to be cancelled.
